If the digital device provided by [HK ELEPHONE COMMUNICATION TECH CO.,LIMITED ] is in proper working condition and functions as intended, no refunds will be granted.

      1.Explanation: This means that if the digital device operates normally without any defects or malfunctions, we do not offer refunds for the device. But only replacement.

      2.Please note that this refund policy applies solely to cases where the device is functioning correctly and meets the expected performance  standards. If  you encounter any issues or defects with the device,  please refer to our warranty or support policies for appropriate assistance.

       3.We strive to ensure that our digital devices are of the highest quality and  meet the specifications outlined. However, in situations where the device is working as intended, refunds will not be provided.

       4.If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our refund policy, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

       5. We will only shoulder the return shipping fee for changing new one if the machine can not used as nomal(do not apply to software).

By using the digital device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provisions of this Agreement, you must discontinue the use of the digital device.
